The Restoration Design Energy Project (RDEP) Record of Decision (ROD) is available below. This ROD identified the Agua Caliente SEZ (now a designated leasing area) in southern Arizona. Documents can also be obtained through the BLM National NEPA Register (formerly E-Planning) website.
